Accessing the Zoom dashboard data, graphs, and Statistics.
In the dashboard tab, you will find the graphs which will help you instantly access the statistics for zoom users, rooms as well as zoom meetings. The data range zoom setting.
At the upper side of the dashboard homepage, you will be able to alter the statistics range along with the graph for the entire page. You can set the range of data either as long as one year or perhaps short as 180 to 30 days or a week. - Zoom meeting minutes. It also includes the total amount of the meeting minutes for user-based hosted meetings. It also includes the participants.
Zoom usage.
It shows you the entire report of the zoom account usage with the data range based on the below sections.
- Zoom meetings. The total number of meeting altogether hosted.

In a graphic format along with a provided share of percentage, it will show you the ten main countries which use the total of meeting participants or IM participants.
Meeting trends in year-to-date format.
It will illustrate to you the meeting numbers hosted to you starting from the initial days of the present year up to the chosen particular date. You can also adjust the graphic date range at the top of the graph.
Devices.
Here it will help you to display a percentage-wise breakdown of the device types which the participants would have used in case of joining the account level hosted meetings.
The Client Version.
It will show you a percentage breakdown of the present software version of Zoom for the devices which the users have used to sign in. Tapping on the type of client will display you a secondary pie chart along with the breakdown with version details. Run over the specific version and tap on the drill-in to get the details of the specific user’s list along with the installed client version.
You can also opt for requiring users to update their app or client to a specific version.
The display of the webinar and meetings issues trend.
It will show you the number of issues that the participant’s client would have reported for the set date range. So, assign the graph to display-
- Audio Issue. It will show you the participants with stability problems or regarding audio quality.
- Call reconnection. Here, you will find the participant’s devices that are getting disconnected from the zoom meeting but at the same time getting reconnected before getting dropped because of timeout.
- Screen share issue. It will show you about the participants having screen share stability or the quality issues.
- Video issues. It will show you about the participants having video stability or the quality issues.
- High CPU. Due to the maximum usage of the CPU resources by the participant’s device.
Zoom Rooms.
It will show you the charts or graphs and provide you the breakdown for the zoom room usage having an issue or the feedback reports. In case you have several locations for your organization, you can streamline the information which has been reported by some particular location. Such as the country, building, city, and more.
25 minutes based zoom room usage.
Shows you the most used twenty-five zoom rooms of the organization. Near each room, you will find the mention of the overall usages in minutes. Run over the bar to get displayed the breakdown of the meeting minutes by the Zoom Room.
Zoom Room Usage.
It shows you the total zoom room usage by any account which can be particularly based on locations over a particular time. It gets displayed hard on the below sections-
- Minutes. The usage of the total minutes.
- In-room participants. The reported amount for the in-room participants for the zoom rooms.
- In-room avg. Participants. It will show you the average amount of in-room participants based on per zoom room.
- Activity. It will show you both the active as well as a track of the inactive zoom rooms.
Top twenty-five zoom rooms.
The graph would show you the most used twenty-five zoom room that has reported their issues by default. You can also alter the graph which will display you the most reported 25 issues by the zoom rooms. And the top 25 zoom rooms along with the maximum in-room participants over the chosen data range.
The zoom rooms feedback.
Shows you the no. of the present reports of the chosen feedback issues by zoom room participants at the end of the zoom meeting. It includes the trend alterations for those particular issues.
Zoom rooms customer satisfaction trends.
It shows you the entire satisfaction rate of participants who would join the meeting hosted by the account.
Stepwise downloading of reports.
Step 1. You have to zoom sign in to the web portal.
Step 2. Go to the navigation panel from where tap on the dashboard.
Step 3. Tap on the download arrow of the chart you wish to export.
Step 4. When notified, you can tap on go to the downloads page.
Step 5. This step is optional. For visiting back the dashboard and create more reports, you can tap on cancel.
Step 6. On the download section, tap on the download near the generated report.
