The Active App Notifier Report will provide account owners and admins with the ability to view and manage in real time all the apps that have accessed the meeting content of their users in the last 30 days as a result of the Active App Notifier Report. In order to make an informed decision about whether or not to continue to approve the use of these apps in future meetings and webinars, it is important to make sure that you have a clear understanding of the implications. In the report, administrators and account owners have access to a wide variety of features that allow them to disable an app, re-enable it later, or update an app’s appearance (icon, name, and description) through their own custom integrations designed for internal use developed by the account for their own use. By doing so, account owners and admins will be able to determine which apps will trigger the Active Apps Notifier during their users’ meetings, manage which apps have real-time access to their meetings, and ensure that their users are made aware of any changes made by their apps.
