Add yourself to a call on a shared line- Webex

On the shared line, either you or your teammate may join an ongoing call. Your phone won’t work properly unless the feature is enabled by your administrator.

If the privacy setting of another user with whom you share a line is switched on, you will not be able to view the settings of their line and you will not be able to join their call.

1.   Start by pressing the button designated for the shared line.

2.   Dial *33 on your telephone keypad.
If the system is configured in this manner, you will be able to tell that the access code has been recognized by the tone that is played.

3.   In the “Phone Number” field, enter the number of the person whose call you want to interrupt.

When you are connected, you are a part of the call that is now being conducted.
