Adding Zoom features to Salesforce layouts
Salesforce objects can be customized to include Zoom features as part of their functionality. There are currently a number of page layout options supported by Zoom, including:

Contact

Lead
-
Event
-
Case Objects
How to add the Start Zoom Meeting quick action button
A quick action button can be added to Salesforce layouts so that users can start a Zoom Meeting instantly.

If you are an administrator of Salesforce, log in to the system.

Click on each of the contact, lead, event, and case objects to be able to access their respective page layouts. To create a page layout, click on the Service Setup > User Interface > Objects and Fields > Object Manager > choose a layout > Choose a layout > Page Layouts.

The layout can be edited by clicking the dropdown next to it and clicking Edit.

The Start Zoom Meeting button should be moved to the layout by clicking Buttons and moving it to the layout.

It is possible to move the Start Zoom Meeting option to the layout by clicking Quick Actions.

Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
How to add Zoom meeting features to events page layout
This Zoom meeting feature can be made available to Salesforce users by customizing the layout of the event page that appears on the event page:

The Zoom Meetings Quick Start button can be used to start Zoom Meetings immediately.

In order to create meetings, it is important to use Personal Meeting IDs (PMIs).

Ensure that participants are able to join before they are hosted.

Meetings can be scheduled using Zoom.

Additional attendees can be added by entering their e-mail addresses here.

Zone of time in which the customer resides.
Add Start Zoom Meeting quick action button

Make sure you are logged into your Salesforce account.

It is possible to access the layouts of your event pages. Object Manager > Event > Page Layouts are available under Service Setup > User Interface > Objects and Fields.

To edit a layout, click the drop-down menu next to it and then click Edit.

Please click on the buttons below.

It would be helpful if the Start Zoom Meeting button could be moved to the layout.

Click on the Quick Actions button.

It would be helpful if the Start Zoom Meeting button could be moved to the layout.

Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
Add Zoom meeting information section

New sections should be created.
-
In the Zoom Meeting Information section, you should name the section as follows:

Make use of the Personal Meeting ID when attending meetings

Make sure that Join Before Host is enabled

You can schedule a Zoom meeting by clicking here

Please enter the e-mail addresses of the attendees

You will need to add the following fields to the event if you wish to use Timezone:

Timezone of the customer
-
Start time for a customer
-
Duration of the customer meeting
-

Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
Add Zoom meeting details section

In the Zoom Meeting Details section, you should create a new section.

There is a section in this section that can be used to store ZoomEventDetails from Visualforce Pages.

Click on the OK button once you have set the height to at least 400 pixels.

Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
Note: The Default Record Type should be set to the one that has been assigned by the system administrator if the system administrator has assigned two record types. Navigate to the Object Settings section and then click on Events in order to do this.
