Adding Zoom Rooms with a Zoom Rooms controller
You can add Zoom Rooms in two ways; either through the Zoom Room Controller or via the web portal.
Using the Zoom Room controller, you are able to add a new Zoom Room in a flash. During the setup of the room you are able to set the name of the room, the calendar integration, the location, and the passcode of the room from the controller. Using the web portal, you will be able to configure any additional options you need.
You can connect up to ten controllers to Zoom Rooms at the same time. There is also a separate limit for Zoom desktop and mobile clients, which does not count against this limit, since they have separate limits. For example, Zoom Room scheduling displays, web-based controllers, Zoom app desktop controllers, Zoom iOS/Android mobile device controllers, and paired Zoom desktop/mobile clients will not count against this limit.
