Administrator Roles for Webex Contact Center-Webex
An organization that you are a member of as a client or as a partner in the management of your Webex Contact Center subscription is not required for an administrator to belong to either group.
The privileges that are unique to the Contact Center are outlined in the following table for all administrator jobs in the Control Hub:

If a user is assigned a full administrator position but only has a standard license for Webex Contact Center, then that user will not have access to the administrative functions that are available through the Management Portal. Users with this permission set can sign in solely to the Agent Desktop.
