Admit All Participants to Meetings on Board, Desk, and Room Series Devices – Webex

You, as the host, have the ability to directly accept meeting participants from your Webex device, even if they are waiting in a virtual lobby.

When someone is waiting to join a Webex or personal room meeting, the hosts and co-hosts of the meeting will receive a notification about it. Simply tapping the notification will open the meeting attendee list, at which point you can let individuals in. You have the option of letting them in one at a time or all at once.

In meetings held in the Webex environment, anyone who is in the lobby can admit new participants.

1 Press to open the list of Participants in the event. Tap on the notification that you’ve received indicating that individuals are waiting in order to open the list of names.

2 The names of these individuals can be found under the Waiting to Join heading. Tap Admit All.

You also have the option to tap the Admit button on each individual user in turn.
