Your Webex site can allow you to schedule meetings and training sessions through another host. If you are too busy to use a computer or can’t reach one, this feature might be useful for you.

• Access your Webex site by signing in.
• Select Scheduling from Preferences.
• You can let hosts schedule your events for you by entering their email addresses in the Scheduling permission box.
