Allowing participants/panelists to rejoin in zoom App
You cannot re-invite meeting attendees, webinar attendees, or webinar panelists to the live session if you remove them from the live session, but you can invite them to a future session if you do so. It is possible for removed participants to rejoin, but the live session will not be affected immediately, since it will need to be stopped and restarted for the adjustment to take effect.
Prerequisites for allowing removed participants or panelists to rejoin
- Group or account-level permission for account owners or administrators to re-invite removed meeting participants or webinar panelists
How to allow removed meeting participants or webinar panelists to rejoin
Notes:
- Attendees of webinars are not affected by this setting. If you access the webinar in the web portal, you can allow removed webinar attendees to rejoin.
- Live meetings or webinars do not change these settings. For the change to take effect, the session must be stopped and restarted.
