Analytics for Wholesale RTM and Webex for Broadworks packages in Partner Hub
Wholesale administrators are able to access interactive data visualizations in Partner Hub in order to analyse a wide range of information, such as trends in usage and adoption. The data will automatically adapt in real time in accordance with the settings that you specify as you explore it.
View analytics
In the Partner Hub, you can access a wide range of charts to help you identify how your customers are adopting Webex, so you can provide them with the best possible support. The same partner can also be a Webex partner for Broadworks and a Webex partner for Wholesale at the same time. It can be seen in the following table what types of data are available to different administrators based on their roles.

In addition to using the calendar date selector on the left of the screen to select a custom date range, charts are available in daily, weekly, and monthly formats. A 13-month period of data is available for free. There is no time zone difference between Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and the other charts.
Things to keep in mind

As of January 26, 2022, there is no data available before that date. It is only possible for partner admins to filter dates within that range after that date.

It is not possible to compare percentage changes before January 26, 2022 due to the fact that data is not available.

A nightly batch process runs during UTC time every 24 hours in order to refresh the data every 24 hours.

In the Customers with # of packages assigned table, all partners have access to all packages that have been assigned to them. Broadworks partners and Whole partners will only be able to see their respective packages correctly in the later phases of the project as this will be fixed in later phases.

You can see the total number of customers and total number of users from the last day of the period that you choose when you view the Total customers and Total users KPIs.

Case is taken into consideration when filtering values

The number of customers in the Analytics and Customer lists may differ from one another.

Partner organizations will not be included in the Total customers KPI if they are customers themselves. Alternatively, partners can log into their Control Hub organization to see the analytics for their own organization, which will include all the customers who are already customers.

All packages will be displayed by default when you use filters.
It is not recommended that you use this analytics data for billing purposes, as it is intended for your general use only.
- Visit http://admin.webex.com to sign in to the Partner Hub.
- Choose Analytics from the drop-down menu.
- By using the calendar date selector, you will be able to choose the date range for which the data should be displayed.
- The date period for a chart can be changed depending on the chart type: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Click on the more button next to a chart to open it in a new tab and then choose the type of file you would like to save.
By selecting the CSV option, you will be able to export all the data for the chart that you have selected. A copy of the data shown on the screen is all that you get if you choose PNG or PDF as your file format.
Charts and graphs
KPIs
In order to give you a better understanding of your customers, you can access KPIs at the top of the page. As a result, you can use these KPIs as a way to measure the performance of your customers and see how they achieve their goals. In terms of KPIs, the following are available:

Total customers—As a manager, you will be managing a large number of customers.

Total users—You are responsible for managing all the users in all of the customers’ organizations that are under your management. By comparing this KPI with the number displayed in the chart of Total users by package, you are able to determine if your customers are using the packages that they bought and if these packages are being utilized by them.

New customers added—During the last few months, you have been assigned a number of customers to manage on your own.
Total users by packages
In the following chart, you will be able to see the packages assigned by your customers to the users in their organization. The following chart can be used by you to see if your customers are assigning the packages that they have bought to the users that they have assigned. A Webex package is available for Broadworks and a Webex package is available for Wholesale:

Webex for Broadworks—A basic, a standard, a premium, and a softphone are available.

It should be noted that there is a limit of 25 users per group in a Space meeting for Basic users, unless there are also users assigned to the “Standard” or “Premium” packages in the space meeting, in which case the limit rises to 100 users.

Webex for Wholesale—There are five types of Webex calls: Common Area Calls, Enhanced Calls, Webex Meetings, and Webex Suite.

Customers with # of packages assigned
Here is a list that shows you a breakdown of the customers whose users have been assigned the most packages. In this list, you can use the variable for comparing which customers are assigning their packages to users and which customers are not. You can also use this list to see which customers are assigning packages to users. Here are the details that are available to you:

Total—In order to assign packages to users, customers need to have a total number of packages assigned to them.

Basic—There are a number of basic Webex packages assigned to users within Broadworks’ Webex for Broadworks product family.

Standard—Identifies how many standard packages a user has been assigned for Webex for Broadworks.

Premium—Count of users assigned to premium Webex for Broadworks packages.
-
Softphone—An individual user’s softphone package number.
-
Common Area Calling—Common area packages assigned to non-users.

Enhanced Calling—An individual’s Enhanced Calling package number.
-
Webex Calling—Specifies how many Webex Calling packages each user has.
-
Webex Suite —Describes how many Webex Suite packages each user is assigned.

Webex Meetings—Users have been assigned a Webex Meetings package.
Users are only shown the packages they have been assigned, not all the packages they have purchased.
