Assemble the Cisco Headset 730 charging stand in webex

Your headset can be charged and stored conveniently with the Cisco Headset 730 charging stand.

You can automatically switch the audio source of your headset to the host device as long as you are using firmware 1-8 or later. This will happen after you place the headset on the charging stand and you plug it in. With the Cisco Headsets app, you are able to modify this feature so that it is simply used to end active calls.

  • The Cisco logo should be facing out as you attach the cradle to the base. It is a snap-together stand that can be attached to a charging station permanently.

  • Attach the USB cable that is included with the charging stand to the port that is located at the back of the stand. In order to operate the cable, you must connect the other end to any powered USB port on your computer.

  • It is recommended that you place the Cisco Headset 730 on the charging stand for charging. A solid white color appears on the front of the stand whenever the headset is properly seated and the LED on the front of the stand is turned on.
