When you register for an event with Marketo integration, attendees do not receive a confirmation email when they register for the event.

Marketo is not currently compatible with the registration confirmation email feature that is offered by Webex Events via the Marketo integration. There is a reason for this. Once an attendee registers for an event on the Marketo site, their information will populate on the Webex site and on the Marketo site as well. On the Webex event scheduling page, the option “Email Messages” under the ‘Email Messages’ section, which enables the option “Registration approved emails” will not be enabled, so it will not be possible to send out the confirmation email for the event registration.

A unique URL for the event will be generated by Marketo once an attendee has registered for the event and requested a copy of the event. When the host sends an email confirmation to the attendees from the MARKETO tool, the attendees will receive an email with a unique URL in which they can access the event by clicking the link it contains.
