Attendees are Unable to Join Before Host on a Reoccurring Meeting-Webex
On a recurring meeting, the attendees are unable to participate in advance of the host. In recurring Personal Room meetings, the join before host functionality does not seem to be functioning properly.
On a recurring meeting, the attendees are unable to participate in advance of the host.
In a recurring meeting held in the Personal Room, the functionality that allows attendees to join before the host is not functioning properly.
Cause
When a recurring meeting is scheduled in Personal Room, such as one that takes place every Monday through Friday. On Monday, everything went on with the meeting as planned. After concluding that meeting and then beginning it once more, either by accident or on intent, it will begin the subsequent occurrence. On Tuesday, if a user tries to attend the meeting at the specified start time or tries to join the meeting X minutes before the host, the user will be unable to join the meeting.
The continuously happening meeting acknowledges that the subsequent meeting has already taken place. Users will not be able to join the conference before the host does so that they may ensure their safety and reduce the risk of audio fraud and other criminal conduct.
A workaround would be to use the normal online Webex Meetings service rather than the Personal Room meetings in order to plan recurring meetings.
