Auto-answering invitations to meetings in zoom app
By using the auto-answer feature, you will have the option of automatically responding to meeting invitations that come in through group messaging, when specified users send them. If you want to automatically join a Zoom room session without having to accept or answer the invitation, the auto-answer feature is a useful tool that you can use.
Prerequisites for setting an auto-answer contacts

There is a global minimum version for Zoom desktop clients for Windows, macOS, and Linux: Version 1.7 (or newer)

Enabling an auto-answer group in chat
Account
Adding Auto-Answer Groups to Chat for all members of your organization can be done by following these instructions:

As an admin, you have the privilege to change account settings on the Zoom web portal, so you will need to sign in as an admin.

Click on Account Management and then on Account Settings from the navigation menu at the top of the page.

Select the tab that says “Meeting” from the menu.

It is possible to enable or disable the Auto-answer group in the chat function under In Meeting (Advanced) by clicking the toggle.

To verify that the changes have been made, click Enable or Disable if a verification dialog appears.

For complete protection, click the lock icon next to this setting, and then click Lock to confirm that all other users in your account cannot modify it.
Group

You will need to sign into the Zoom web portal as an administrator who has permission to edit groups on the website.

You can find the User Management and Groups menus in the navigation menu.

In the list of groups, click on the name of the group that applies to you.

Go to the tab Meetings and click on it.

If you are in a meeting (Advanced) you can enable or disable the option to auto-answer groups in chat by clicking the toggle next to it.

During the verification process, you will be prompted to confirm the change by either clicking Enable or Disable.
Note: There may also be a problem if the option has been grayed out. This may refer to the option being blocked at the account level and needs to be changed there. -
(Optional) To prevent all users in a group from making changes to this setting, click the lock icon and once you have clicked the Lock button, you will be prompted to confirm your selection.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Click on the Settings button in the navigation panel.

Go to the tab Meetings and click on it.

Adding contacts to the auto-answer group

Whenever a contact is invited into a meeting, the Zoom client will automatically join the meeting if that contact is a member of the auto-answer group of the user who invited the contact. Adding a new member to a group is as simple as following the steps below:

Launch Zoom’s desktop client by logging in to your account.

Select the Contacts tab from the menu.

To add the user to the auto-answer chat group, you need to search for or scroll down to the user.

The user can also be added to the Auto Answer Group by right-clicking the user and selecting the option.
It will appear that a new group named Auto Answer Group will appear in the contact list when you click on it.
Note: In the future, all invitations sent by this user will be automatically accepted. In the auto-answer group, you can add an unlimited number of users if you wish.
A user can be removed from an auto-answer group by following the following steps:

In the user group auto-answers, click on the user in the right-click menu and select Remove from Auto Answer Group from the settings menu.
Android | iOS
As a result, it is necessary that the person who invites the contact in order for Zoom to automatically join the meeting after it has been invited is a member of the group that handles auto-answers. Adding a user to a group can be done by following the steps below:

Open Zoom’s mobile app on your mobile device and sign in.

On the Contacts tab, tap the Contacts button.

The user who needs to be added to the automatic-answer chat group should be located and selected (scroll or search).

On the contact’s details page, in the top right corner, click More, and then select Enable Auto Accept Call to enable the auto acceptance feature.
Note: This user’s invitations will now automatically accept when they are sent by this user. As far as the number of users that are able to be added to an auto-answer group is concerned, there is no limit on it.
A user can be removed from an auto-answer group by following the following steps:

The contact’s details page can be found by scrolling up and tapping the More button, then tap Disable Auto Accept Calls at the bottom of the screen.
