Autonomous Single App Mode with ZDM in zoom app
When a user signs into an app and then signs out of it, the device is locked in autonomous single app mode (ASAM), which unlocks the device when the user exits the app. It is not possible to access any other features of the app while it is locked.
It is very easy to use the Zoom Rooms app on your iOS device once you join Zoom’s mobile device management service (ZDM), or a third party MDM for that matter, in which case you will automatically be able to install the Zoom Rooms app. Zoom Rooms is an app that you can use on your iPad in ASAM mode once you launch it.
Prerequisites for enabling ASAM with ZDM
-
There must be supervision mode on the iOS controller in order for it to work.
-
ZDM must be enrolled in the iOS controller in order for it to work
How to enable ASAM with ZDM

Zoom Rooms can be accessed via the Zoom web portal by signing in and clicking on Room Management.
-
You can enable ASAM for a Zoom Room by clicking Edit next to it, or you can enable it for all Zoom Rooms by clicking Account Settings.

-
Then click the Enable button.
Troubleshooting
When you encounter network issues, you can leave ASAM (which is protected by a password) in order to fix the issue through the Zoom Rooms app.
