Blank Setup Email Received After Signing Up for the Free Offer in webex
The setup email that you receive after you register for the free offer contains a blank setup email.
In the event that a user signs up for a free account, they will receive a blank setup email.
After signing up for the free service, I received a blank email in my inbox.
As part of setting up the account, a link to reset your password is missing from the email.
The email needs to be resent in the following manner:

This issue can be resolved by following the steps below:

After you have saved the blank setup email in its intended location, right-click on the file and select Edit with Notepad ++ from the menu that appears.
