Buying OnZoom tickets with a credit/debit card

A credit card or a debit card can be used to purchase tickets for paid events on OnZoom. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay for event tickets using a credit or debit card.

Further, you can store the details of your credit card or debit card in your OnZoom account in a secure manner.

How to purchase OnZoom tickets for the first time

Your OnZoom account can store up to two payment cards.

You will see the option to Save this payment method for future use if your OnZoom account does not have a payment card saved or has only one saved. The payment method will be saved to your OnZoom account if you select this option.

Pay with a new debit or credit card

If you selected a new credit or debit card:

1. The name and card information of the cardholder must be entered.
2. In the Save this payment method for future use check box, you can choose to save it for future use.
   Note:
3.  If you select this, this payment method will be added to your OnZoom account.
4. Simply click on Pay.
   On the button on the left-hand side of the page, you will see the total.

Pay with a saved debit or credit card

If you selected a saved credit or debit card:

1. Your payment card’s CVC number must be entered.
2. Press Pay.
   Click the button to see the total.

Pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal

You will be redirected to PayPal’s guest checkout page automatically if you select a payment method that requires a credit or debit card (Powered by PayPal):

1. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to enter the necessary information
2. Enter the billing address.
3. Be sure to provide your contact information as well.
4. Click the Continue as a Guest.

How to purchase tickets after the first-time purchase

You will find that the process of buying a ticket will be more seamless and convenient if you have saved your card to your OnZoom account during the checkout process when you bought a ticket the first time, or if you have manually added a card to your OnZoom account.

Pay with a saved debit or credit card

Once you have selected a saved payment card:

1. Please enter the CVC number of the payment card.
2. Then click the Pay button.
   Once you click the Pay button, you will see the total amount.
