Bypassing passcode when joining a meeting in zoom app
Using Zoom Rooms, users do not have to manually enter the meeting passcode when joining a scheduled meeting that is listed on the Zoom Room’s meeting list. In Zoom Rooms, there is a setting that allows the user to bypass the passcode when joining a meeting from the meeting list. This setting allows the user to access the scheduled meeting quicker by allowing the room to bypass the passcode when joining the meeting. There is also a requirement that the meeting passcode needs to be included in the invitation that is sent to the calendar of the room when the meeting is scheduled.
In order to keep users from being able to access the meeting password without entering the passcode manually, account owners and administrators may choose to disable the feature in this regard.
