Solution:
In order to be able to use Webex Call Me, the following prerequisites must be met:

In the Audio Connection window, there is a list of countries that can be used with the Call Me service.

Please enter a toll-free number. If you are calling from a country outside of the one from which the call is coming, Call Me cannot call a Toll Free number corresponding to that country. It depends on the Webex audio bridge that is assigned to the site and the location of the call, but the call can be made from the USA, the UK, or even Singapore.
