Calling User Portal | Listen to your voice message – Webex
Within the Calling User Portal, you have the ability to directly listen to, download, and delete your voice messages. You will be able to tell whether you have a voice message waiting for you by looking for an indicator that says “message waiting” next to the voicemail tab in the portal.
Before you begin
You could be asked to enter your personal identification number (PIN) the very first time you access your voicemail. To set up your PIN, see: Set up your voicemail.
1 Webex Calling may be accessed by going to https://settings.webex.com and selecting it.
2 Navigate to the Calling User Portal and select the Voicemail option.
3 Extend the message that you want to play in the game.
4 Select whether you want to Play, Mark as Played, or Download the file.
5 If you want to remove a message, click the symbol that is located next to the message that you want to delete.
