Calls Through Cisco Webex from Canadian (ThinkTel) Users are Failing
A problem is occurring when Canadian users (ThinkTel) try to make calls through Cisco Webex.
Why is Cisco Webex Call not working when I am using ThinkTel’s PSTN service?
Note: In the Cisco Webex Control Hub, make sure that the Regional Settings are set to Canada so that ThinkTel is configured correctly.
The call will not be able to go through if Cisco Webex calls are not configured correctly through Canadian PSTN Provider ThinkTel.
