Camera/video unavailable on Mac OS 10.7 in zoom App

You can try the following steps to resolve the issue if you are running Mac OS 10.7 and your camera is not working.

Instructions for camera/video unavailable on Mac OS 10.7

  • Go to the Finder’s Go menu.

  • Choose Go to Folder…
  • Type /Library/QuickTime in the window that appears

  • And click Go.
  • Remove the following files:
    • Sonix SN9C201 WebCam.component
    • Sonix SN9C102p WebCam.component
    • DesktopVideoOut.component
    • VideoGlide.component
    • 3ivxVideoCodec.component
