- For accessing the feature you should be the zoom account owner or admin privileges.

Way of enabling the probability of checking the voicemails over the phone.
When you are a zoom account owner or zoom admin then you would require to enable the feature before using it for phone users. Here’s how-
Step 1. You have to sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Step 2. From the navigation menu, tap on phone system management followed by the company info.
Step 3. In case you have various sites then you have to follow any of these options –
- For enabling multiple sites follow the instructions – tap on the name of the site you wish to edit and then tap on the settings tab.
- For disabling the multiple sites you have to choose the account settings.
Step 4. Tap on the policy tab.
Step 5. Ensure that you have checked the voicemails over the phone toggle enabled.
For checking the voicemail over the phone then you have to add the IVR prompt or Interactive Voice Response.
Once you have enabled the zoom admin or account owner feature then the phone users or admins would require to alter call handling settings. So, the phone user has the IVR prompt with which you can check the voicemail from other phones.
Zoom Admin.
Step 1. You have to sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Step 2. From the navigation menu, tap on phone system management followed by the users and rooms.
Step 3. Then tap on the phone user name you think of adjusting the settings for.
Step 4. Further, tap the user settings tab.
Step 5. During closed or business hours, you can choose to set when a call is not replied to by forwarding it to the voicemail.
Step 6. For allowing callers to check voicemail you can tap on the check box.In the IVR menu, the associated key or the check voicemail by the pin code will be added. Then the callers can dial the admin’s direct number by pressing the associated number key. For checking the voicemail you have to input the pin code.
Step 7. From the drop-down menu, you can choose a greeting. Or else you can tap on the Audio Library to choose the upload or record a customized greeting feature. It would explain the IVR options to the callers.
Zoom Phone User.
Step 1. You have to sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Step 2. Tap on the phone.
Step 3. Tap on the settings tab.

- You can call your direct phone number by the third-party phone service. For instance with the mobile carrier.
- Select the number key which has been associated with checking voicemail by the PIN Code.
- You have to follow the audio prompts by inputting the PIN Code and then checking your voicemail.
Remember, you can edit or view your PIN Code on the desk phone section of your phone settings.
