Canceling a Zoom subscription on Google Play
The Zoom subscription that is billed by Google Play can be canceled at any time, but you must do this directly through Google Play so that we are able to cancel your subscription.

How to cancel from your Android phone

It is important to ensure you are logged into your Google account when you open the Google Play Store app so as to ensure your Zoom subscription is active.

In the upper right corner of the screen, tap the Account icon.

Then, tap Subscriptions from the submenu of Payments and Subscriptions.

The Zoom subscription can be found in the Zoom account settings.

Follow the instructions on the screen once you tap Cancel subscription.

A cancellation reason may be requested from you as part of the cancellation process. Among the options available to you, choose one, tap “Continue”, and then confirm your cancellation by tapping “Cancel subscription”.
How to cancel from a desktop browser

Ensure you log into your Google account with which you purchased your Zoom subscription through the Google Play Store on the web if you want to use Zoom on the web.

To manage your subscriptions, you will need to click on My subscriptions from the left side navigation menu.

You can manage your Zoom subscription by clicking on the Manage button.

Subscriptions can be canceled by clicking the Cancel button.

There will probably be a question asking you to explain why you wish to cancel your subscription. In the next step, pick one of the options from the list, click Continue, then click Cancel subscription to confirm the cancellation.

Notes:

Zoom subscriptions billed through Google Play cannot be canceled through the Zoom web portal, or by contacting Zoom Support, as they are billed directly through Google Play. You will not be able to cancel your Zoom subscription by deleting the Zoom mobile app.

You will still be able to use your Zoom subscription until the end of the period for which you have paid or until you cancel your Zoom subscription. Once your subscription has expired, your account will no longer be able to renew and you will be downgraded to a free, basic account. In the event that you cancel a free trial before the end of the trial period, you may still use the trial up to the end of the trial period.

It is not possible to pause a Zoom subscription which is billed through Google Play, only to cancel it.
