Cannot Make Cisco Jabber Calls from the Android Phone App in webex
From the Android phone app, you are unable to make Cisco Jabber calls.
There is no longer an option to choose Cisco Jabber in the popup window displayed by the Android Phone application that is built into the device.
This may cause issues if you perform any of the following steps on some Android devices running Android OS 4.1.2 or later due to a limitation in the Android OS:

The Android phone app has the ability to make calls directly from the phone.

In the popup window that appears, select Jabber (or any other voice application you prefer).

You can select Always if you wish to always use Cisco Jabber for calling (or another voice application) whenever you need to do so.
After you have completed these steps, you will no longer be able to select another voice application from the pop-up window that appears when you launch the built-in Android phone app. Instead of being able to make calls using your Android phone app, you are forced to use the built-in Android phone application. As far as this issue is concerned, there does not appear to be a workaround.
