Cannot See Cisco Jabber Contact Photos on Android Devices in webex
Cisco Jabber for Android may experience this issue if you sign in from more than one device. To restore connectivity, login to Phone Services manually.
The navigation drawer can be opened by tapping Phone Services. Tap Save after verifying your credentials.
If Cisco Jabber for Android is not working after reinstalling, contact your administrator. A new security certificate must be configured by your administrator after the SD card has been reinstalled since the certificate previously saved to it is reset during reinstallation.
