Cannot View Cisco Jabber Visual Voice Messages in webex
Visual voice messages in Cisco Jabber cannot be viewed
If I am not connected to the corporate network, I am unable to see some visual voice messages.
If you want to update your voice messages and play secure voice messages on your Cisco Jabber, you have to connect it to your corporate network. Regardless of whether or not you are connected to your corporate network, you will still be able to listen to your saved voice messages.
