Change the Email Address for Your Account – Webex
You are need to have an email address in order to use the Webex App. This email address can be used to get access to your account, obtain information regarding your account, and make adjustments to your settings.
Before you begin
If you use the same email address to sign into both your Meetings account and your Webex App account, then your email address will be altered for both accounts. If you do not want this to happen, you will need to use separate email addresses.
If your company maintains your account, they may implement additional security measures, such as a synchronized user directory or single sign-on, in order to keep unauthorized users out. If you change your email address, using Webex App can become more difficult unless you also update your single-sign-on address to reflect the new email address. Before making any changes to your email address, you should speak with the administrator of the Webex site.
1 To sign in, first navigate to the page where you can configure your account, then enter your email address and password.
2 Select the “Email” field from the menu.
It’s possible that your browser will ask you to save your changes before you exit. To save your changes, click the Leave button.
3 Enter the new email address, make sure it’s correct, and then click the “Submit” button.
