Change the Main Phone Number for a Location in Webex
Go to the Management menu under Locations when you’re logged in as a customer at https://admin.webex.com.
2 Choose the position at which you would like to make the primary number modification.
3 Go to the tab labeled “Calling,” and then select the phone number you want to use from the drop-down menu located under “Main Number.”
This is the caller ID number for people who only have access to an extension. This number can be assigned to users or features for usage with calls made to the PSTN.
We strongly suggest that you update the Emergency Callback Number for a location if you decide to use a toll-free number as the primary contact number for that location. This is because a toll-free number does not have an emergency services address associated with it. Please refer to the Configure Emergency Callback Number for a Location page for further information.
4 Select the Save option.
