Adjust the Video Bandwidth
You may experience a sudden blackout or delay in your video during a video call. There is a good chance that the lag is caused by the network being overloaded.
There are a number of bandwidth settings on your phone by default, so it will select one that balances the requirements of both the audio and video networks.
The automatic bandwidth selection can be overridden if you need to override it, according to the network conditions that are relevant to your network. Select a setting for fixed bandwidth, and then adjust the setting all the way down until the video does not lag when you play it back.
