Change Your Administrator Password If You Can’t Sign in to Cisco Webex Control Hub
You can update your administrator password if you are having trouble signing in to the customer view in Control Hub if you are having trouble.
1 From the customer view within https://admin.webex.com, enter your email address, and then click the Sign In button.
2 Click Are you unable to log in to your account? Enter the text that can be seen in the image, and then click the Submit button.
3 Be sure to stick to the guidelines outlined in the email we send you.
