Change Your Cisco Headset 730 Notification Language in webex

In the Cisco Headset 730, you are able to change the language of the audio notification.

By using the Cisco Headsets mobile app, you can change the language of your audio notifications. Among the available languages are Chinese (Mandarin), English (US), English (UK), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Br), Russian, and Spanish.

Once you have selected a new language for your headset, it will automatically reset. Be sure that you do not remove your headset from the range of the receiver, change the audio source, or plug in either a USB-C or 3.5mm cable before the reset has been completed.

  • Set your headset’s language using the Cisco Headsets app by pressing Settings > Audio Notifications > Language.

You may need to make contact with your headset administrator if you don’t see the Language menu in the app.

  • Your headset will be tuned to the language you select.
  • Continue by selecting Continue.
