Change your plan- Webex
Change your subscription to a different plan under the Account Management section. You should continue to make use of the plan that you now have until the end of the paying cycle.
Before you begin
Modifications to subscription plans can only be made by the billing administrator.
- Navigate to the Users tab inside Account Management.
- After clicking the Edit licenses button, select your new plan from the selection menu.
- Click Continue after you have seen the new charges that will be added each month.
- Verify that your billing information is correct on the checkout page, and then click the Confirm button.
When you make changes to your subscription, it can take up to five minutes for the changes to be reflected in your account.
