Changing basic and advanced cloud recording settings in zoom App
When you enable cloud recording, you can decide which recording settings are applied to any meetings or webinars you record to the cloud. Accounts, groups, or individual users can apply these settings. Additionally, you can manage other cloud recording settings for users or groups within your account if you are the account owner or admin.
Notes:
- Paid members can enable or disable settings as desired in their own accounts if a setting is not locked.
- When a paid member’s account settings are locked, they cannot enable or disable those settings and must contact their account admins to make any changes.
Prerequisites for changing cloud recording settings

- that are licensed
How to apply individual settings to your cloud recordings

Note: - The Group Management page has been renamed to Groups if you signed up for a Zoom account after August 21, 2021; or if the New Admin Experience is enabled on your account.
- Licensed hosts should click Settings.
- Select Recording.
