Charge Your Cisco Headset 730 with the USB-C Cable in webex

Any powered USB-A port on your computer is able to be used as a charger for the Cisco Headset 730.

To charge your headset, you will need to use the USB-C cable that comes with it. When the headset is fully charged, it takes approximately 2.5 hours for it to fully charge. During the charging process, the power LED on the headset blinks to indicate that the battery is charging. You will notice that the power LED on your headset will change from blinking green to being solid green when your headset is fully charged.

  • At the bottom of the left ear cup, you will find a USB-C charging port where you can plug the USB-C cable into.

  • There are a number of USB ports that can be powered with the USB-A end of the cable.
