Check the performance of your Webex meetings
Using the in-meeting health checker, diagnose your meeting performance, troubleshoot any issues, and take the necessary actions to improve it. Using the health checker, you can determine how well your meeting performs based on the status of your network and system.
Desktop
- Afterward, click the View Health Checker link at the top right of your screen.
In the event of a poor network connection, a notification will automatically appear warning you of the problem.
Color | Health Status | Description |

Green | Good | Having a full meeting experience is possible for you. |
Yellow | Poor | It is possible that issues may limit your meeting experience to some extent due to these issues. |
Red | Bad | Your meeting experience is definitely being hampered by issues. |
The Health Checker would summarize a problem that has been identified and provide you with a list of steps that you can implement in order to solve the problem and improve your Health Status once the problem has been identified.
- From the Health Checker page, you can send a problem report directly by clicking on Send Problem Report.

Mobile
- In the indicator center, you can check the network quality indicator. A green icon indicates that your connection is working well, while a red icon indicates that it is not.
An automatic notification will appear when the network connection is weak and limits your ability to participate in the meeting.

Can I test WebEx before a meeting?
The best way to make sure your audio is the best it can be before you jump into a call or meeting is to test your speaker and microphone before stepping into it. To change the audio settings on your profile, click on your profile picture, followed by Settings > Audio. There are a few options to choose from: Speaker – A sound will be played, and you will be able to adjust the volume according to your preferences.
How do I join a Webex meeting?
