Check the Status of Your ATA (ATA 190-SC) in webex
There are a few ways that you can check whether your ATA is online or not, such as using Cisco Webex. In case the analog phone isn’t working as it should, you may want to consider doing this.
There is a possibility that your ATA is offline if your phone is not working.
- Access Cisco Webex Settings by logging into your account.
- To personalize your settings, click the Personalize Settings button.
- To change the call settings, click the Call Settings button.
- In the list of your devices, you will be able to find your ATA device.
- It is possible to view the status of your ATA, whether it is online or offline.
