Greater than the 3.5 baselines is good quality which below that is poor.

- One should have an education or business zoom account.
- For accessing the privileges, you either should be the account owner or be a zoom admin.

The procedure of viewing the overall quality service.
You would be able to view the overall call quality data via the zoom phone calls. Here’s how:
Step 1. In the web portal of zoom, sign in.
Step 2. Go to the navigation menu, where you have to tap the dashboard.
Step 3. Tap the zoom phone section.
Step 4. This step is optional. You can alter the period, by tapping on the data range which is available in the left corner at the top. And then, tap on start followed by end dates.
Step 5. This step is optional. When you possess multiple sites, then just tap the particular site field. It will show you the metrics of that particular site.

The good quality calls and average quality over time call percentage.
You can find above the overall tab, which shows the overall call quality for the zoom phone calls for the selected period:
- In the situation of multiple sites, you can just tap the site drop-down menu. They filter the site’s data.
- Now the present pie chart will show you the good (represented by blue) and poor (represented by red) quality calls over the selected period.
- The appearing line graph in the zoom account settings will display the shift in the percentage of the bad and good quality calls per hour at the selected period.
- The call volume and average quality score will show you the circles where the call volume of the chosen time frame appears. An exception to this, it will display a hundred percent call quality line segment.
- The bar graphic representation will show you the number of ad or good calls for each hour of the chosen period.
Checking call quality for the codec, device, network, and ISP.
- There appears a multilayer pie chart that will display the grouped call quality like voice codec, device, network, and ISP. If you want to check the quality of the call for a particular device you can follow below-
- At the right of the device (All) feature, you have to tap the downside arrow ⇩. Post that you have to choose VDI, IP phone, or Native application.
- The inner layer would break each category further into subcategories. There, the outer layer would display you the bad, which is the red quality calls, and the good, which is the blue quality calls for the respective appearing subcategory.
- Run over the pie charts to know further details on each segment.
Bad quality calls.
You will find below the overall section, the top ten bad quality calls. It means the MOS of less than 3.5 ratings of the chosen period.
Way of viewing the call quality data related to a special extension or call.
To view the call quality data of the particular phone user, follow the steps-
Step 1. In the web portal of zoom, sign in.
Step 2. Go to the navigation menu, where you have to tap the dashboard.
Step 3. Tap the zoom phone section.
Step 4. Further, tap the extension section.
Step 5. Input the phone user name, email of the text box, or the extension. After that, tap on the name which will display the data.
Step 6. If you want to alter the set period, tap on the data range available at the above-left corner. Then, tap on the start and end dates. There find the below info in the table-
- Direction. It will show you the inbound or outbound calls.
- From and To. It will show you the caller id number which has the target (to) as well as the original caller (from). Remember, you will find the extension number of the related phone user when the phone number is internal. The extension number will still be displayed as the direct phone number of the phone user.
- MOS. The overall call quality is displayed in the form of MOS or the mean opinion score.
- More. It shows you the entire statistics associated with the phone call. Specifically for-
- Outbound calls. The left-sided table shows you the statistics for the user network’s internal phone. However, the right-side table would show you the statistics for the external party’s network.
- Inbound calls. The left-sided table shows you the statistics related to the external party’s network. And the right-sided table shows you the statistics for the internal phone user’s account.
