Checking voicemails over phone in zoom
In order to check their own voicemail, phone users need to utilize a third-party phone service such as their mobile carrier to call their phone number. Using this method can be beneficial if you don’t have access to the Zoom desktop client, mobile app, or web portal, but need to check voicemails on a regular basis.

How to enable the ability to check voicemails over phone
In order for phone users to be able to use the feature, you will need to enable it if you are an account owner or administrator.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Click on Phone System Management from the navigation menu, and then click on Company Info from the drop-down menu.

Depending on whether you have more than one site, you can choose from one of these options:

The following steps are to be followed if you have enabled multiple sites: Click the name of the site you would like to edit, then click the Settings tab.

Click on Account Settings if you wish to disable multiple sites at the same time.

The Policy tab can be found by clicking on it.

Make sure that the toggle for checking voicemails over the phone is turned on.
How to add the interactive voice response (IVR) prompt for checking voicemail over phone
Admins or phone users will need to change their call handling settings so that the IVR prompt can be shown to the phone user when checking their voicemail from another phone as soon as the account owner or admin enables the feature.
Admin

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Click on Phone System Management in the navigation menu, then click on Users & Rooms in the left menu.

If you want to adjust the settings for a specific phone user, click on the name of that user.

Go to the User Settings tab and click on it.

When a call is not answered, set the setting on When a call is not answered to Forward to voicemail in the Business Hours or Close Hours sections.

If you want your callers to be able to check their voicemail, make sure that the checkbox is selected.
In the IVR menu, a new key (Check voicemail by PIN Code) will be added to enable you to do this. For those who wish to check your voicemail, they can dial your direct number, press the key associated with that number, and then enter your PIN code. -
If you wish to create a custom greeting that explains the IVR options to callers, you may select a greeting from the drop-down menu or click Audio Library to select, record, or upload a custom greeting.
Phone user

If you want to call, click the phone button.

Go to the Settings tab and click on it.

It is possible to set When a call is not answered to Forward to voicemail in the Business Hours or Close Hours sections.

To allow callers to check their voicemails, check the Allow callers to check their voicemails box.
As a result, a new key will be added to the IVR menu that will allow you to check your voicemail by PIN code. It is very simple for your callers to check your voicemail by dialing your direct number, pressing the number associated with that number, then entering your PIN code. The steps below will guide you through the process of finding your pin code or editing it. -

How to check your voicemail over phone

You can call your direct phone number from a third-party phone service, like your mobile provider, if you don’t have a direct line.

If you wish to check your voicemail, press the number key that corresponds to that function.

To check your voicemail, select the number key followed by the pound sign after selecting the number key so that you can enter your PIN.
Note: If you go to the Desk Phone section of your phone’s settings, you can see or edit your PIN Code in the PIN Code field. -
