Cisco Headset 730 First Time Set Up in webex
It is important for first time users of the Cisco Headset 730 to use these steps in order to set it up correctly.
There is no need to install any software before using the Cisco Headset 730. The following steps are designed to help you streamline the setup of your new headset and to get you started with your experience immediately.
- The headset needs to be charged.
Here is more information about charging your headset with the USB-C cable that you can find here.
- Make sure you have a Bluetooth device connected to your headset.

- The Cisco Headsets app for mobile devices can be downloaded and installed from the Cisco Headsets website (optional).
Using the Cisco Headsets mobile app on your iPhone or Android device, you will be able to update, control, and customize the features of your headset.
In order to connect for the first time to the Cisco Headsets app, you may need to put your headset back into pairing mode once again.
- You should update your headset’s firmware to the latest version available.
