Cisco Headset administration in webex
Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Control Hub can be used for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco headsets.
There are a variety of headsets from Cisco designed to work with the Cisco Webex App, Cisco Jabber, Cisco IP Phones, and Cisco Webex Devices.
-
With Cisco Headsets 320 Series, users have the option of connecting the headsets to devices using USB ports or RJ9 ports on their devices.
-
A Cisco Headset 520 Series is one of Cisco’s wired headsets, capable of getting connected to a computer or other mobile device via a USB port or 3.5 mm audio jack.
-
Those with a USB or RJ9 port can connect to a device with a Cisco Headset 530 Series, which is a wired headset for connecting to devices.
-
There are two ways in which you can communicate wirelessly with the Cisco Headset 560 Series. Using a custom Y-cable or a USB port, each base can connect to a device or a device with a USB port. Multibase can also be connected to a Bluetooth® enabled device via Bluetooth® in order to connect to it.
-
There are a number of wireless headsets in the Cisco Headset 720 Series which have Bluetooth® connectivity that allows them to be paired with Cisco’s software clients and devices via Bluetooth®. Also included with the 720 is a USB adapter that you can use with other devices that do not have a reliable Bluetooth connection, for example, smartphones. Using the included USB cable, you can also connect the headset to your device and charge it using the included USB cable.
-
In order to pair with Cisco soft clients and Cisco IP phones, the Cisco Headset 730 uses Bluetooth connectivity to connect wirelessly to the Cisco Headset 730. A USB adapter is also included with the Cisco Headset 730 so that users who have devices that are not equipped with a reliable Bluetooth connection can use the headset. It is also possible to charge the headset using the USB cable that is included in the package and connect the headset to devices.
-
Designed exclusively for Cisco products, the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 is a wireless headset that seamlessly pairs with Cisco devices and soft clients using Bluetooth connectivity. A USB adapter and a USB cable are also included with the B&O Cisco 980.
