Cisco Headset USB-C Accessory Kit in webex

A USB-C cable and an adapter that converts USB-A to USB-C are included in the Cisco Headset USB-C Accessory Kit.

There are the following accessories included in the Cisco Headset USB-C Accessory Kit :

  • USB-A to USB-C Adapter—Adapter can be used with devices with a USB-C port to connect the Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter to.

  • USB-C Cable—It allows you to connect any USB-C port to your Cisco wireless headset.

USB-A to USB-C Adapter

  1. Ensure that your device has a USB-C port on the back of it so that you can connect your USB-A to USB-C adapter.
  2. A USB-C adapter should be connected to the Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter.

USB-C Cable

  1. Using the USB-C cable, connect the USB end to the left ear cup of the device and the other end to the USB-C port.
  2. Ensure that the USB-C cable is plugged into the other end of your device’s USB-C port.
