Microsoft Teams Support
It is available on the latest version of Microsoft Teams that the Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter can be used with call controls.
You can:
-
Take calls and end them
-
Calls can be held and resumed
-
Your headset can be muted and unmuted
-
You can adjust the volume on your headset
Multi-app Control
Multi-CISCO desktop calling applications can be used simultaneously with this firmware version. Using the Jabber UI, you can answer an incoming Cisco Jabber call and mute the Webex call in the process. While on a Jabber call, your headset’s call controls are only relevant to Jabber calls. Your Webex call can be resumed after the Jabber call is complete while you maintain headset control.
-
If you answer a call on another application while an active call is active, the call will not automatically be held. Don’t answer an incoming call from another app without holding or muting a call from the previous application.
-
Only Cisco Jabber (version 12.9) and Webex (version 41.7 or later) are supported in this release. With Microsoft Teams, you can use multiple apps partially.
Minor Bug Fixes
Cisco Jabber ringback issues, Microsoft Teams interoperability issues, and Mac OS music playback issues are all fixed in this release.

Improved Call Button Behavior
By connecting the USB adapter to your computer, you will be able to reject incoming calls in a clean and efficient manner. When the headset received an incoming call in the past, it would sometimes answer that call and then reject it.

Version 1-0-48
Cisco Headset USB HD Adapter
It comes with a USB HD Adapter which allows you to use your Cisco Headset 730 with those devices without Bluetooth connectivity that do not have a Bluetooth option. Upon opening the package, you will find the USB HD Adapter paired with your headset. When you plug the USB adapter into a powered USB port on your computer, it automatically connects to your headset and becomes active.
If you connect the USB Adapter to your headset, you will see an LED blink and then turn solid once the headset has been connected to the USB Adapter. In the case of an unconnected headset, the LED will turn off if the headset cannot be connected.
The headset can be disconnected by unplugging its adapter from the call device when you are ready to do so. After you disconnect the USB HD Adapter, your headset will take about ten minutes to accept another active Bluetooth connection after it has been disconnected from the USB HD Adapter. Alternatively, if you want to quickly pair a new device, you can turn off your headset and then turn it back on again.
