Schedule a Webex meeting from Microsoft Power Automate using the Cisco Webex Meetings connector. A workflow can be created to automatically schedule Webex meetings in response to designated events. Create a Workflow to Schedule a Webex Meeting

- You can create your own workflow by selecting Automated flow in Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create a Webex meeting by searching for the event that triggers its scheduling.
As an example, you could add a new subscription to Inoreader when a new email arrives in Gmail.
- Then select Cisco Webex Meetings from the Actions list and enter it in the search box.
- When you sign in to Microsoft Power Automate for the first time, a prompt appears asking you to connect your Webex Meetings account.

Configure Cisco Webex Meetings for Microsoft Power Automate
Before you begin
Having a Webex Meetings host account is required before using Cisco Webex Meetings connector. You can register an account for yourself or your company at https://www.webex.com if you don’t have one.
Microsoft Power Automate account users can use Webex Meetings in Microsoft Power Automate if Webex administrators enable REST API integrations with third-party applications. You can seek assistance from your Webex administrator if necessary.
- The following options are available to Webex site administrators:

Go to Services in the customer view in https:/ / admin.webex.com if you manage your Webex site in Cisco Webex Control Hub. You can configure your site by selecting Sites, selecting your site, and then clicking Configure Site. Select Site Options from Common Settings.

Go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options in Cisco Webex Administration if you manage your Webex site there.
- The Enable Third-Party Integration checkbox is checked under Third-Party Integration.
- Click on Update.
