Cloud Recording report in zoom App
Overview
You can view the amount of cloud storage your account is using for cloud recordings by using the Cloud Recording report. During a selected time period, the report shows a graph showing the amount of storage used cumulatively. Each day’s data is displayed below the graph.
Prerequisites
- Admin rights or account owner rights
Instructions
The Cloud Recording report displays the following information:
- Log in to the Zoom web portal.
- Select Account Management then Reports from the navigation menu.
- Select Cloud Recording.
This report defaults to showing 30 days of data, but you can select a different period of time. - To and From fields let you select the period.
Within the past six months, the time period has to be within 30 days.
Note: Account owners and administrators can include subaccounts in the reporting range for Master Accounts, whether they are resellers or distributors. - Select a time range from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Detail link dialog that appears when you hover over a date in the graph.
- Information on all cloud recordings is presented in a detailed report up to the selection date. Storage is broken down by the meeting host. To download information to your local system, click the Export as CSV button.
