In some cases, Zoom Support needs to access your Windows computer’s MSINFO to help troubleshoot a problem. There are two methods you can use.

Option one:

  • Search for msinfo32 by clicking on the Windows icon. Once you have run the program Msinfo32 or System Information (depending on your version of Windows), you can view the information. 

  • Select File, Export…, and then click the Export button.

  • Name the file, and then click Save.
  • You can upload the log file to Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the link in your support ticket.

The second method

  • Run the Command Prompt by clicking the Windows icon and searching for it.
