Error codes and messages
Error code or message | Issue | Suggested troubleshooting |
1009 | User already holds an active Zoom account. | If you are unable to accept an invitation from an account owner due to error 1009, there will still be users in your account that must be deleted or unlinked or invited to another account before the account owner can accept the invitation. It is possible that you have a Zoom Room that needs to be deleted on the Zoom Rooms page before you can accept the invitation. Note: The invitation will be automatically accepted for free users. Unless they are alone on their account, account add-ons or other users will not be accepted, which is why they receive error code 1009; they must be the only user on the account.
