Configure in-call features in webex
You can turn on available features when you join a Webex call by using the incoming call (in-call) setting located under the call settings. A screen sharing capability that is available to those users who have been selected for collaboration in the call, the ability to provide remote control, and the provision of enabling video on desktop and mobile devices can be monitored and controlled. Also, the Webex App allows you to manage administrative settings, such as moving to meetings.
Before you begin
Managing in-call capabilities can be managed through the Control Hub, and administrators can configure administrative settings to manage key features in Webex App for individual users, groups of users, and at the organizational level, which is supplied with this feature from the Control Hub. These settings can be configured by any Webex Calling administrator who has partner administrator privileges, customer administrator privileges, or sales administrator privileges.
Even if users have enabled user-level or template-level settings, the organization-level settings are automatically set for them, even if those settings are configured at the organization level.
- In the customer view of the admin page, you can access the Calling section by going to https://admin.webex.com.
- The In-call feature of Cilent can be found by selecting Cilent Settings and scrolling to the bottom.
- It is possible to toggle the following options on and off by selecting the toggle:

Sharing Content

Request control—Allows users to access and exert control over other people’s shared content by requesting and gaining access to it.

Give control—A user’s shared content can be taken over by another user by usinusing permissions. default, the toggle switch is turned on, which means that it is ON.

Screen sharing—Provides the ability to share the screen at the level of the user.

Video

Video on desktop—Enables desktop users to participate in video calling and set the default to answer calls with video on by default.
As well as this, if you select the Answer call with video on option, the video will automatically start when the call is answered. By default, the toggle switch is on to indicate that the call is being answered with video on.

Video on mobile—Using the web-based interface, it can be made possible to support video calling for mobile users, and to set video on by default when picking up calls.
In addition, answering calls with video on will automatically initiate the call with video when you select the feature. It is by default set to Answer calls with video on and to toggle the switch to ON so that the video option is selected.

Additional Features
Move calls to meetings—A mobile phone call can be transferred to a full Webex Meeting with all participants, along with the current phone call.
Display call recording indicator for automatic recording—The recording is signaled visually to all meeting participants.
Users can further modify this setting once it has been configured for them. The organization’s default settings will not be automatically restored to the user’s settings.
