Configure the language for your audio announcements and email communication in the calling user portal in webex
There are some languages that you can change in your audio announcements, voice prompts, IP phone displays, and in your emails that you communicate with. As a reminder, your preferred language will be determined by the language chosen by your system administrator at the organization level if you do not want to modify it.
- Please go to https://settings.webex.com and select the Webex Calling option.
- In the upper-right corner of the calling user portal, click the drop-down arrow in order to select a profile.
- The Account Settings page will appear.
- The Announcement Language and Email Language drop-down menus allow you to choose the language of your choice from the list.
- Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
