Configure your call forwarding when not reachable (business continuity) phone number in the calling user portal in Webex
1 Gehen Sie zu https://settings.webex.com und wahlen Sie Webex Calling.
2 From the user site for the calling service, navigate to Call Settings.
3 Make sure the “Call Forwarding When Not Reachable” switch is turned on (this is for business continuity).
4 In the event that your phone loses its connection to the network, you can enter a phone number to ring.
5 Select the Save button.
